Appointments

To best serve our clients, office hours are by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled throughout the day, and every effort is made to see each client at their scheduled appointment time.

Arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment will facilitate a timely consultation with your doctor. As a full-service hospital, we are sometimes asked to see unscheduled emergencies which can cause an occasional delay in our appointment schedule. We appreciate your understanding if a critically ill patient needs to be seen out of turn.

If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please call in advance so the time reserved for your pet will be available for another pet that needs attention.

Emergencies

We understand that your pet may occasionally require care outside of our regular office hours.   Affiliated Emergency Veterinary Service has a hospital in Duluth that is available for any health needs that may arise outside of our normal operating hours.  If you call our number (525-1937), you will hear a message that gives the emergency hospital information.  The direct number for the emergency clinic is (218) 302-8000.
