Dr. McKeever was raised on an island in the middle of Lake of the Woods on the Minnesota-Ontario border.  He founded the Veterinary Dermatology department at the University of Minnesota in 1971 and was department head until he left the university in the summer of 1998 to focus on his private dermatology referral practice. 

It is through this practice that he travels to our area once a month.  He is available for the diagnosis and treatment of all skin conditions, including allergies.
